Research Summary:
Nick Thompson is investigating the effects of Brassinosteroid, or endogenous plant hormone supplementation, on muscle development in poultry (Gallus gallus), with a focus on anti-inflammatory properties. He earned his BS in Animal Science from NC State and is currently working on his Master’s degree in Animal Science and Nutrition.
