Plant Steroids Seminar (December 13, 2012)

Dr. Slavko Komarnytsky will present, "Nutrigenomic Modulation of Metabolic Diseases by Plant Steroids," at the N.C. Research Campus on December 13, 2012. Recent research from Komarnytsky's lab revealed that brassinosteroids found in food crops like broccoli, cabbage and mustard may increase muscle mass and physical performance.

UNC Charlotte Life Sciences Conference 2012

This year's conference agenda focuses on the research, tools, technology and commercialization at the N.C. Research Campus. The conference is being held on Thursday, October 25, 2012, from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNCC) campus.
