Mr. Randy Keller is responsible for the maintenance and physical operations of the Plants for Human Health Institute building and the Faculty House at the N.C. Research Campus in Kannapolis. These responsibilities include maintaining and managing the Capital Assets Management Inventory System (CAMS), shipping/receiving, monitoring utilities, authorizing facilities access, implementing and coordinating work orders and monitoring state vehicle maintenance needs. Randy also serves as the building security liaison and the safety and emergency coordinator.
