Seventeen college students from 4 Chinese universities are visiting PHHI at the NC Research Campus as they wrap up a 3-week visit to the United States. Dr. Keith Harris, the undergraduate coordinator for NCSU’s Department of Food, Bioprocessing and Nutrition Sciences, is leading the group, in partnership with Global Training Initiative (GTI). The students have enjoyed lectures, lab experiences and tours of 6 food companies across North Carolina.
