2011 International Workshop on Anthocyanins

The Plants for Human Health Institute will host the 2011 International Workshop on Anthocyanins from September 11-14, 2011. This will be the first time the event takes place in North America.

The conference will cover all aspects of the biosynthesis and function of anthocyanins in plants and their applications in agriculture, food products and human health. The meeting is open to all disciplines, from chemistry to biotechnology to medicine. Session topics will feature:
